Finalists Selected for 2004 National Book Awards

Pete Hautman has been selected as a finalist for the 2004 National Book Award for his book Godless (Simon & Schuster Books for Young Readers). The winners will be announced on November 17 at a benefit ceremony hosted by Garrison Keillor.

Pete is a frequent author for The Child’s World. He writes under the pen name Peter Murray.
