The scientific reasons for the phenomena and real-life examples give the reader ample information without being overly technical. Each question and answer is illustrated with a spectacular phtotgraph and informative caption, which enhances the appeal of these books. The liberal use of white space and large type will attract readers in a wide age range. A glossary with pronunciation guides and an index are provided, making this series an excellent media center addition and research tool.
