In addition to his nonfiction writing, Michael has also written many books based on popular cartoon characters such as Garfield and Superman. He recently wrote a novel based on the television show Smallville, and three novels based on the television show Justice League. Michael and his wife, Sheleigah, split their time between New York City and their 160-yearold farmhouse in the Catskill Mountains of upstate New York.
