Author: Kathryn Stevens
Kathryn Stevens is the pen name of Katherine Stevenson, a longtime book editor and author for The Child's World. For many years, Kathy has pursued a dual career in two areas of interest, publishing and archaeology. She is the author of dozens of books on everything from countries to pets. She has an M.A. and a Ph.D. in Anthropology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with a specialty in archaeology and environmental sciences. Kathy lives La Crosse, Wisconsin, where she is active in archaeological research.
